UPLYNE is a software development and technology solutions business based in India. We do two connected kinds of work: we build software to order for businesses and individuals, and we sell ready-made software as source code through this website.
Everything we offer is digital. We do not sell or ship physical goods.
What we do
Custom software development
We design and build software around a client's own requirements: business tools, internal systems, customer-facing applications and integrations. Every custom project starts with a written quotation that sets out the scope, price, milestones and timeline. Work begins only after the client accepts it. You can request a quote at any time.
Websites and web applications
We build business websites, web portals and web applications, from a single site to multi-user platforms with logins, dashboards and payments.
SaaS and business software
We build SaaS (software-as-a-service) products and business management software such as CRM, ERP, billing and administration tools. These are delivered either as custom projects or as ready-made source code you can run on your own hosting.
Automation tools and custom technology solutions
We build automation tools and scripts, API integrations, custom dashboards and productivity tools that remove repetitive work from day-to-day operations.
Ready-made software and source code
Our marketplace offers ready-made website scripts, web application and SaaS source code, business software, templates and tools. Each product page shows the price, the technical requirements, what is included, the version and the licence before you buy. When you buy source code, you get the files under that product's licence, delivered to your account. It is not a hosted service.
Optional installation and setup
Many products offer an optional, separately priced installation & setup service. If you choose it, our team installs the product on your hosting after your purchase. It is a professional service, separate from the source code: it has its own price, its own status in your account (Pending, Processing, Complete) and its own conditions.
How we work
Transparent products and pricing
Product pages list the source code price and the installation price separately. You see the full total, including any tax, before you pay. We describe what each product does and what it needs to run, and we only describe features that are actually in the product.
Reliable digital delivery
Your purchase is confirmed only after our server has verified the payment with our payment provider. Your files then appear in My Account › My Downloads, and an invoice is issued for every verified purchase. See the Digital Delivery Policy.
Clear licensing
Buying source code gives you a licence to use it on the terms in our Software License Policy and on the product page. Ownership of the code is not transferred. Third-party and open-source components inside a product remain under their own licences.
Professional communication
We put scope, prices and decisions in writing: on product pages, in quotations, on invoices and in email. You can follow orders, installation progress and support requests from your account.
Customer support
Support for a purchase covers access to your files, the product working as described, and installation problems caused by our work. The Terms and Conditions explain what support includes. To reach us, open a support request from your account or use the contact page.
